This 2-bedroom 2-bathroom, open-concept condo is located on the popular northern tip of the island. Immediately walking through the front door, you will become mesmerized by the picturesque view of Fort Myers Beach coming from the screened-in lanai! The beautifully tiled floors in the main living area and the laminate wood flooring in the bedrooms pave the way to many updated features with a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has two double beds, allowing this unit to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. This condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as covered private parking! Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or cookout at the BBQ grilling area! Not far from your front door, you will find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach and a tranquil nature preserve featuring a boardwalk and trails! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy downtown Times Square, as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities! Pool was resurfaced in August 2025. Bathroom very nice, the 2nd bath/shower was too dark when shower curtain closed, but no big deal, might want to consider adding a light. The only reason I gave it a lower star rating on communication was that it was strange how they communicated. If you called, for anything they say they'll call you back after checking, then you get a text with answer. I find that a little weird - either call me or make it all text messaging. For example, I called about renting a golf cart and where to park it, they couldn't answer then texted me back, but I had more questions, like where to plug it in. The person said anywhere but there were no outlets. Luckily the Pink Shell Hotel allowed us to part there because that's where the company stored their carts. It ended up being closed the whole time we were there and no pool in August in Florida is pretty rough! The condo is exactly as represented in the listing. Very clean and well maintained. The table and chairs on the lanai are high so your view of the ocean isn't obstructed. The master bed was comfortable. The location is good - there is a trolley stop at The Pink Shell resort right next door which makes it easy to get to Times Square if you don't want to drive. If I could change one thing, it would be the second bathroom. It's very dark when you are in the shower and the tub is slippery. This could be easily remedied though by swapping out the exhaust fan for one with that includes a light and putting a non-slip mat in the tub. Also, there is no parking available for guests. We wanted to have someone come visit us but there was nowhere for them to park on property. All and all we would stay at this property again in the future. ##### Kristin C. I was given a choice of 3 other properties that did not have enough beds to accommodate the number of people in our group. When I asked what could be done, I was basically told either to accept one of the properties offered or cancel the reservation and receive a refund. We had our nonrefundable airfare, nonrefundable car rental and our dogs already boarded. It was a terrible experience and the property managers/owners could have cared LESS! Great property, clean, beautiful view, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels! Our only complaint is that the pool lounge chairs were cleaned with bleach & made bleach spots on the towels, my visor & my friend’s dress. The screened in lanai was awesome.
