LICENSE: #19-0910 Enjoy your morning coffee with a view in Estero Island Beach Villas! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, open concept condo is located on the popular northern tip of the island. Immediately walking through the front door, you will become mesmerized by the picturesque views coming from almost every angle of the Gulf waters, beach, and pool area! This second-level living has beautifully tiled floors throughout, which pave the way to many updated features and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has 2 double beds, allowing this unit to accommodate up to 6 people. This condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as covered parking to ensure a hassle-free stay! Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or grill out at the BBQ grilling area! Not far from your front door, you will find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach and a tranquil nature preserve featuring a boardwalk and trails! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy lively downtown Times Square, as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities! Pool was resurfaced in August 2025. There is a bike rack for your convenience. It's bright, fantastic beachfront view off the screened in porch, and spacious. If you want to stay in a quiet place but still close to the town's activities/restaurants, this is a perfect spot. The unit had 3-4 beach chairs & an umbrella (not sure if they were just left from previous renters, but they were helpful!), and some beach toys. In addition, the management company (Coastal Vacations) did an excellent job with communication/instructions - hands down the best communication I've had with any rental agency. Instructions/directions were clear & timely - no digging through your email to find what you need.Ft Myers still recovering from the latest hurricane, but much of it is rebuilt/rebuilding and life has returned to the area. ##### Susan B. The windows give a full view of the beach and location is great. You can walk to the main shopping area, and the beach is nice and wide. The furniture is very comfortable throughout except for the screen porch. The chairs are falling apart and missing a cushion. The kitchen had everything we needed except for the can opener, which was broken. We were able to borrow one from a neighbor. Overall, I recommend for a group of 5 or less. Plenty of room and the split plan gives privacy. We were very careful to close the curtains at night for the turtles, yet someone reported us for leaving a porch light on, which we did not even turn on. The beach is great for riding bikes or just taking a walk at sunset. The weather behaved for us every day and did not disappoint with rain. We did have a couple nights with a pretty good thunderstorms that came up after sunset. That was pretty cool since we seldom get those in Central Ca. We have already made plans to return in March next year. We will most likely stay here if it is available during the time we plan. We would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to be right on the beach. ##### Robert V.
