This upstairs condo is located within a fifteen minute walk to the beach! These accommodations boast over 800 square feet and include 2 bedrooms with a king and queen bed with 2 bathrooms. Each unit offers one parking spot with plenty of street parking. We offer the finest quality and everything to make your stay luxurious, relaxing and enjoyable! In each bedroom and bathroom, you will find hotel style linens and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, filtered ice and water, as well as additional seating for guests! The unit is also equipped with high speed internet and “smart” capabilities such as an Alexa for all your music streaming needs, 4k TV with Netflix and Hulu for all your watching needs, Coded Door Locks personalized for each guest’s stay, recessed lighting with dimmer controls to adjust to your mood, and a Nest Thermostat to control the AC to your specific liking. The place was so clean and in an great location! The property manager was easy to talk to you and answered any questions promptly. The only downfall was our last night the guests who stayed below us were extremely loud in the late evening early morning hours.
