This beautiful three-bedroom home sits across the bridge from Fort Myers Beach and is located on a canal to provide a perfect opportunity to explore the area from the water. Just bring your small boat or kayak and tie it up to the dock at the back of the house! The dock provides outdoor seating while viewing the Florida "locals" that may swim or fly past. An open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light welcomes you indoors. The living room features a large leather sectional with a recliner and a giant flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead to a covered balcony that overlooks the yard and canal. Comfortable furnishings and grill will make you want to stay forever. Off of the living room, there is the primary bedroom with a king bed, tray ceilings, balcony access, and an attached bath. The primary bathroom has dual sinks and a spacious walk-in shower with two shower heads. The outdoor areas are lovely and a nice place to relax. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for our family. The kitchen is not well stocked. If you have specific cooking you would like to do; come prepared. There weren’t coffee filters. We were given 1 dish towel, 1 dishwasher tablet, and 1 laundry soap for a 4 night stay.
