The house has surpassed all of our wildest dreams. The house is a ten minute walk from the beach but yet tucked away from the tourists in a quiet residential setting. Situated on the Gulf of Mexico, with a private dock extending into the ocean over 100 feet, allows guest to enjoy a view and fishing that others have to pay for. An awesome swimming pool and hot tub sitting feet from the ocean will be the place to be for you and your guests. Enjoy the sunset from the sunset bar and watch the sun set over Sanibel Bridge. 4 bedrooms, 6 baths, a chefs kitchen, a glamorous family room, a mother in law suite, a lower level bunk room, an elevator, an outdoor kitchen, three lanais, make this house the place to fulfill your dreams. For a special treat have the Tiki Hut Boat pick up to 8 guests for a sunset cruise.
