Location, location, location! It is a great place to be in the action of nightlife and beach fun. We enjoyed being able to stroll the main road and having many choices at the resort. Live music beach side was very fun!

Our stay was pleasant and relaxing. The beach is across the street from the property with easy access. The queen suite was roomy and clean. The restaurant at the main hotel was reasonably priced and the food was great. Overall it was a great stay!

We stayed across the street, but had access to everything the beach front property had. Great views of the canal from our room. Quiet area and great for our family of 4. Pool was clean and great to take a dip in. Island view restaurant was incredible!

Everything was great but the beds and pillows were uncomfortable at the Inn side of the property. And I think the rooms need hooks behind the doors to hang wet towels and clothes . Other then that we had a great time! Staff was friendly, we hit all the restaurants and outside bars. Everyone was great! Thank you!

Pro's: Clean, affordable, quiet, updated, comfortable bed, good water pressure, friendly staff. Con's: Coffee maker (makes weak coffee) Amenities were right across the street. Unless you book for bay view, expect really, no view. Great place to sleep. Recommendations: Replace coffee makers with single serve Keurig's

the room we stayed in was newly renovated, it was the building across the street from the beach. i wasn’t aware that there were 2 hotels on the property until we got there- but its okay it was no big deal. we had an ant problem for the first 3 days out of our stay at the lani kai, we called for room service daily and the ants wouldn’t stop coming back- head of cleaning staff finally caulked up the wall and problem was solved. only other thing that icked us out was how pricey everything was and that you have to pay for parking and beach chairs daily.. other than that this place was great, roughly 20-25 minutes from all of sanibels good beaches and activities and lovers key state park- also food at the rooftop restaurant is AMAZING and so are the staff!

This was a last-minute booking during a busy holiday weekend, so we were honestly just happy to find a room available. I wasn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is directly across the street from the Lanai Kai Resort, and you get access to all the resort amenities, which was a huge plus. The room was clean, well kept, updated, and the bed was very comfortable. It wasn’t anything luxurious or fancy, but it had everything we needed for a great weekend stay. The location was probably the best part. We spent most of our time at the beach and walking around to nearby bars and restaurants. Everything was within walking distance, and we never had to move the car all weekend. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, affordable place close to everything, this is a great option for a weekend getaway or staycation. I would definitely recommend it.
