### Stunning 2/2 in the Heart of Downtown Fort Myers Beach!

Harbour House 212 is a stunningly updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath hotel condo on Estero Island, known for its tropical beauty and as the location of Fort Myers Beach. This unique resort is a hidden gem, offering exceptional amenities and a prime location in the heart of Times Square, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. You'll have access to miles of white sand beaches, restaurants, and souvenir shops, all within walking or biking distance. There are plenty of water activities available, such as parasailing, jet ski rentals, and fishing charters. The trolleys run up and down the island, and this condo's location provides easy access to and from the mainland.  
  
If that's not enough, Harbour House 212 is situated right off the back bay, with its active boat traffic, Snug Harbor waterfront restaurant, Nervous Nellies bar and restaurant, and a variety of other shops along the bay and Old San Carlos Boulevard. On-site amenities include a parking garage, a beautiful in-ground pool and hot tub, a community room with a full kitchen, and an outdoor covered seating area with a TV for entertainment. An ice vending machine and coin-operated laundry are located in the hallway next to the community room. The third floor features a community gas grill and an open sun deck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella tables.  
  
The condo itself has an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area with tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has plenty of hard surface countertops, a stainless steel sink with disposal, and cabinets stocked with all necessary items to prepare meals. A stacked washer/dryer set is located behind louvered doors. Appliances include a 4-burner glass-top range with a self-cleaning oven, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. The elevated peninsular bar has a pass-through to the dining area, which seats up to four people. The living area features a sectional leather couch with accent tables and lamps, as well as a large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to a covered and furnished balcony overlooking the street below, with a view of the shops, restaurants, and the back bay with its boating activities.  
  
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, closet space, and a chest of drawers with a flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors open out to the private balcony, which boasts the same view as the living room balcony. The en suite bathroom has a vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a wall mirror, and a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a corner chair and desk, closet, with a flat-screen TV.
