This beautiful North end home offers vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, and 3 bedrooms. Whip up a delectable meal in the kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and breakfast bar. The beautiful living room is decorated in calming coastal hues while offering comfortable seating and lots of natural light. The living room offers sliding glass doors onto the back deck which offers a gas grill and outdoor dining table overlooking a tropical landscape and beautiful pool with spill over spa. Unwind in the primary bedroom with a king bed, balcony access, and ensuite with walk-in shower. There is a queen guest bedroom and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks. The guest bathroom also offers a walk-in shower. An added bonus if you have to do a little work while on vacation, the owners have added a little office space for you to touch base with the office, if you have to, or help your students get a little homework done. With great views of the Back Bay and a community boat / kayak launch just 2 doors down, you can explore the water as well as our famous white sugar sandy beach just a 5-minute walk away and an easy stroll to our downtown area. Ants in the kitchen, ant in the living room.The lack of AC, we called everyday, on the last evening a repairman had in fixed in about 10 minutes, but in was ridiculously hot (82)all week and the lack of attention was upsetting. The owner should leave instructions on how the hot tub/spa operate, it took a few days to get instructions.
