While our island may look different as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds from Hurricane Ian, we can assure you that all of our homes have been approved and inspected to meet your family's needs. We are Fort Myers Beach Strong and will be better than ever! This vibrantly decorated three-bedroom two-bath Corner Condo at the exclusive Hibiscus Pointe waterfront community is the perfect family getaway spot for your family. This fabulous island vacation home features a large screened-in Lanai with a water view and open concept floor design that fills the space with sunlight. Decorated with a flair for the Florida lifestyle, the floors are covered with beautiful travertine marble and wood laminate and all the rooms feature ceiling fans. The beautiful living area includes a comfy seating, and flat screen TV for your enjoyment after a day of fun in the sun. Beyond the living area through sliding glass doors is the fantastic screened in lanai with water views of the wide canal full of boats running by on their way out to the Gulf. There you will find comfortable patio furniture to relax and read a book while catching the tropical breezes coming in from the Gulf. Start your morning by enjoying your first cup of coffee on the lanai and plan your day. The fully equipped Kitchen comes with updated stainless kitchen appliances and a full complement of cookware, dishes and utensils. In the dining area, there's a lovely table for four for sit down dinners. The Master Bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and dual sinks. The large Master Bedroom En Suite features a King sized Bed, its own wall mounted flat screen TV for late night viewing, its own access to the lanai. and a lovely En Suite Master Bath with double vanities and walk in shower.
