There's even an oversized hanging swing chair that's sure to be your favorite spot to relax for hours reading a book or just watching the dolphins play and the boats go by on their way out to the Gulf. The beautiful, professionally designed, open concept Living area includes comfy sofas and chairs, and flat screen TV for your enjoyment after a day of fun in the sun. The Dining Area has a lovely table for 6, a wine rack, a side buffet table and built in china cabinet. The thoughtfully designed, fully equipped kitchen offers all the extra's including a full complement of brand new appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils. Custom cabinetry and marble countertops make food prep a dream. Small touches like remote controlled shades and TV make all the difference! The large Master Bedroom En Suite has been professionally decorated and features a King Sized Bed dressed in designer linens, its own flat screen TV for late night viewing, its own fabulous view of the Bay, private Lanai access, a lovely Walk In Closet, and Master Bath En Suite with a large vanity with marble countertop and Walk In Shower. At the opposite end of the condo, there's a wonderful Guest Bedroom - with a Queen Sized Bed and a Daybed - both dressed with custom designed linens to accommodate your overnight guests. The Guest Bedroom also has its own TV, making a total of 5 TVs in this condo. Next door is a lovely Guest Bath with a shower/tub combination.
