Aug 30, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Nachdem wir schon mehrere Häuser in Fort Myers Beach gebucht haben, würden wir diesem Objekt eher eine befriedigende Note geben. Obwohl das Haus auf zwei Etagen aufgeteilt ist, haben wir nur die obere Etage genutzt, da wir sonst durch eine dunkle, stickige Garage nach unten hätten gehen müssen.Das Haus an sich war gut gereinigt, allerdings störten die vielen und schmutzig wirkenden Teppiche. Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer muss definitiv gereinigt werden.Die Küche im OG ist in einem sehr abgenutzten Zustand. Es fehlten ausreichend Gläser und Tassen.Negativ aufgefallen ist ebenfalls, dass weder Salz, Pfeffer oder sonstige Gewürze vorhanden waren. Dies hatten wir bisher in jedem Haus zur Verfügung. Generell war die Küche sehr spärlich und er unschön ausgestattet.Die Küche müsste renoviert werden.Im Allgemeinen würden wir sagen, dass das Untergeschoss neu und schön renoviert wurde, jedoch im Obergeschoss Bedarf besteht.Der Poolbereich war schön. Wir hätten uns Sonnenschirme und Auflagen für die Liegen gewünscht.Der Pool wirkt schmutzig u trüb, dies wohl, weil der Bodenbelag sehr alt ist. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Poolpumpe defekt und eine Balkontüre zur Straße hin nicht abschließbar, beides wurde zeitnah repariert. ##### Joachim S. Stayed 7 nights in Aug 2025
