We are a group of 4 sisters in our late 50's and enjoyed the range of nice spots to hangout at this home with a variety of seating styles, so everyone was comfortable. We cooked a lot in the well equipped kithchen. Be sure to bring your own supply of salt, pepper, and spices. We liked the walking distance to the beach and the hikes we took at nearby parks. The beach cart and mini cooler were great for hauling our things to the beach. The pool is lovely. It was clean and as pictured. Nice pool and pool area. We appreciated the beach chairs and caddy to wheel them down to beach. Beach was within easy walking distance. Great location! After the initial booking, all communication was handled via the rental companies website, and through email. I was unable to locate my booking on VRBO after submitting the 3rd party rental agreement. The house was clean and had great access to the beach, with a local access point at the end of the street. There was a giant bin of beach toys and chairs provided with a cart for easy transport to and from the beach. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower, pool, and eating area.
