While our island may look different as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds from Hurricane Ian, we can assure you that the beach is as spectacular as ever and all of our homes have been approved and inspected to meet your family's needs. We are Fort Myers Beach Strong and will be better than ever!  
  
Sun And Sand, Drinks On Ice, Welcome To Our Paradise. Come and spend your vacation in paradise! This beautifully upgraded and tastefully decorated 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath condo on Fort Myers Beach delivers everything you need! All you have to do is bring your toothbrush and swimsuit and move in! There's tile throughout; newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and brand new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave; dining bar for four; comfy king sized bed; newly remodeled full bath with walk in tiled shower; large screen cable TV, towels, linens, and free WiFi in the unit. New ceiling fans in kitchen and bedroom and a small sleeper sofa for that extra guest. Bedroom can be closed off with room divider. Best of all is the beautiful view of the island and Gulf waters from your 8th floor balcony, where you can sit for hours taking in the sea breezes. There's even a Gulf view from the living room picture window.   
  
There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.   
  
For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.  
  
The Estero Beach And Tennis Club Resort Complex which sits on 11 acres of lush tropical vegetation offers brand NEW 4 Har-Tru Tennis and Pickleball Courts, a fountain lake, resort-sized heated pool, 7 miles of white sandy beach on the Gulf right outside your back door, great fishing, all at the southern upscale and quiet end of Fort Myers Beach AND all for the best deal on the island.   
  
The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.   
  
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again.
