Renovations include all new kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, and sinks, with new vinyl flooring and modern light fixtures throughout the unit. Owners have taken extra steps to try to ensure that you have the best experience possible! This condo has well-stocked cabinets if you intend to cook, with plenty of cooking tools as well as a Keurig, an extra wide toaster, and even a wine cabinet! On the beach side is a spacious master suite. The bedroom with a king-size bed overlooks the ocean and also has a door leading out to the spacious beachfront lanai. The large master closet provides extra space for storage. The master bath not only includes a dual vanity, but a separate room for the toilet, oversized jacuzzi tub, and roomy walk-in shower. Two bedrooms and a shared bathroom are on the inside of the unit, set aside from the main living area, and perfect for families or groups that may want some separation from time to time. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other two twins. The kitchen and living area are spacious and open concept, with granite counters in the kitchen, a dining table for 6, a separate wet bar (or workstation if you must use your laptop!), and an open beachfront living room with a large flat screen streaming television. The living room (with sleeper sofa) opens with double glass doors to the lanai. The lanai looks directly over the beach, which is relaxing for morning coffee, a mid-day snack, or beautiful sunset views. The table and chairs allow enough space for six to eat a meal or play a game. Condo amenities include climate control, ceiling fans, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, all linens and towels, a full-size washer/dryer in the unit, and an \*ELEVATED AND NEWLY REDONE\* tennis court on the 2nd floor deck of the building. Latitude Adjustment at Gullwing is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island within walking distance of a public marina, movie theatre, and restaurants. There is also a quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and SWFL International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island connects its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. A trolley is available from directly in front of the resort to the Times Square area where there are numerous clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key Park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away and a CVS (in Santini Plaza) is within easy walking distance. Please note, streaming TV's 2 parking spaces per unit This property accommodates parking for a maximum of 2 vehicle. From waking up to sunrises, watching sunsets, and soaking up the sun in between, we could not have asked for a better place to wake up in and settle into each night!This property has EVERY amenity you could ask for INCLUDED with your stay, which I will list so you know what you can leave at home; pool, hot tub, bicycles, 6 beach chairs, lots of sand toys, pool toys, laundry, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, body hair wash/conditioner, and lotion in each bathroom, ironing board, coolers and ice packs for the beach, hair driers, tennis/pickleball equipment, games, roku tv in each bedroom living room, guest parking passes, beach towels, and probably more that I am missing!The residents of the building were SO friendly, we truly had an amazing trip, in large part to this condo and the laid back atmosphere it allowed us to embrace.It was also great to see Fort Myers coming back to life after all of the Hurricane Ian damage. It still has a ways to go to get back to what it offered 2 years ago, but many businesses had figured out ways to keep their operations up and running, allowing vacation amenities (ie. restaurants, mini golf, night life, etc.) to still be readily accessible. 100/10 - Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!! ##### Riley A. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our group, the view is just gorgeous! We enjoyed the beautiful wide beach, really one of the best in the area! The kiddos loved the pool and hot tub and had so much fun finding shells on the beach! A terrific getaway for us all! ##### Donna T. So clean, everything was new, and it was right on the beach. It was nice being in the Gullwing and it was very quiet overall on the south side of the strip. It is really a great space and great location. The only issue is that one day there was some construction in the apartment below that was very noisy. There is construction going on on the property, but coastal properties was very accommodating and gave us a 20% discount off our stay for the inconvenience! They also sent maintenance crews out extremely fast to fix an issue we had in the unit.
