The balcony directly faces the Gulf, beautiful sunsets are free! We are located on third floor. You can see more detail at this height without binoculars. Direct Gulf-front - all photos of the Gulf views were taken from our condominium. Short walk, about 100 feet, across the lawn to the beach One Bedroom Efficiency (similar to a suite at an upscale hotel). Brand New Sony 65 inch television. free Netflix too! Free Wireless, Secure with WPA2 encryption (the best) Internet (Comcast Broadband) in the Condominium. A Sleep Number (What’s your number) King Size Bed – guaranteed the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep on… We have a Bosch dishwasher with a sanitizing option. This is an amenity other condominiums may not have. We have an automatic ice maker in the new french door refrigerator. This is an amenity other condominiums may not have. A hair dryer is provided. The condo is nicely decorated in a comfortable beach theme. The bed is extremely comfortable. We felt like we were sleeping in our own bed. The towels ware a very good quality. The kitchen is stocked with quality dishes and tableware. There is a choice of standard coffee pot or the pod type. There is even plastic wrap, aluminum foil, salt & pepper and a few other necessities.There are beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon for our use. It is the nicest studio condo we have stayed in. We did not want to leave. Unfortunately, hurricane Milton caused a mandatory evacuation. The host kept us informed along the way and is great to work with. The convenient location allowed us to avoid renting a car. Five restaurants across the street and grocery delivery made this possible. The bed was great and the nice shower was wonderful. The large television and Netflix let us catch a movie at the end of a long day at the beach. Beautiful decor, very clean, and fully stocked with all the beach essentials. The big bathroom with newly remodeled shower is fantastic after a long day in the sun. Condo was clean, with a great location, close to shopping and restaurants, and is exactly as pictured on the VRBO site. We enjoyed great sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Cliff was helpful, pleasant and kept an open line of communication before and during our stay. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing time in Ft Myers Beach.
