We didn't realize there would still a lot of construction going on from Hurricane Ian, but there was still enough to do. The condo was nice and very clean, all redone, but the listing was old and mentioned an in- room washer and dryer which I was planning on. It was ok as there was a community one that was a good walk to. Also, the sink in the bathroom was backed up. We let them know right away and a maintenance man came but was unable to fix, so we had to go without the sink in the hallway bathroom. The place said sleeps 5, which it does, but just know it is only one bedroom; I overlooked that when booking! Remove the washer and install a mirror over the sink. End table and coffee table needed in family room. No place for placing drinks, books, etc. More comfortable furniture replacing the hard plastic furniture on the screened in porch would enable guests to comfortably enjoy breakfast and/or lunch while watching the passing boats on the canal.
