The southern end of Fort Myers Beach, walk just two blocks to enjoy the most beautiful, sandy beaches the island has to offer. Sit back and relax at this, newly remodeled, Fort Myers Beach Condo. Check off all of the "I WANTS" on your vacation bucket list. Walk to the beach, avoid the hassles of parking; sip coffee on the lanai and watch the boats cruise out to the Gulf while dolphins play in the canal. Unwind by the pool with a book or watch the sunset on Lover's Key then stroll back for dinner and drinks at Santini Plaza, you’ll be close to restaurants, shops, and a fun local atmosphere—no car needed. You'll find everything you need for your perfect vacation right here! Take the Island's Beach Trolley to wherever you wish to explore on the island or drive south off the island to Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples; north off the island you'll find the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island. This property is approximately 25 miles from RSW International Airport. THE SPACE: This one-bedroom completely remodeled condo is located at the desirable South end of the Island. There is a full walk-in shower with a BONUS powder room (additional vanity and sink) connected to the Master Bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to make your meals at home after a busy day on the beach, The beautiful living room features a 50" smart tv, with internet streaming to Netflix, Amazon Prime and more, and opens up onto the spacious lanai relaxing over morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while overlooking the widest canal on FMB where you can enjoy watching the Yacht traffic, dolphins and Manatees. and you'll love the screened-in lanai. (The lanai also offers sliding glass doors to separate you from the elements if you have hot or rainy days--making for lots of entertainment space no matter what the weather!) This unit is located on the second floor (1 flight of steps--no one above you) of the most friendly condo complex you will ever enjoy. There is a beautiful, heated pool overlooking the canal, and a laundry room for your use as well. The patio below offers BBQ grills and sunloungers. Ammenities include central a/c, on-site laundry room, complimentary hi-speed wi-fi, linens, towels and beach towels, beach umbrella, beach bag, beach chairs, beach wagon and cooler--all basic supplies are provided. Everything you need for a fabulous vacation! Guest access Guests will have 100% use of the property, and will be able to access the unit via a digital deadbolt system, so the timing of arrival is quite flexible (anytime after 4pm) and the unit will be all set for you on the day of your check-in. There is an assigned parking space for you! Please Note: The Island was damaged by the hurricane in Sept of 2022 and many of the area resorts, hotels and condos are still rebuilding.
