This Unit had a COMPLETE MAKEOVER, new kitchen, baths, tile, furniture, moldings, doors, ceilings, light fixtures, and all new luxury bedding and linens. We (2 adults, 2 kids 13 & 10) stay at different locations every summer and this by far was one of our absolute favorites! The condo is HUGE, very cozy with 2 balconies and a big window with beautiful views! Being directly on the beach made it so convenient to go back & forth from the beach, to the pool and to the condo, repeat! The beach is giagantic and the pool is a nice size as well, with no overcrowding whatsoever! Very close to Publix and restaurants as well as a Trolley service that runs all day if you don't feel like driving. The check-in process was extremely smooth, they send you the codes for gates and doors and everything worked perfectly from the very beginning. This was the BEST unit we have ever stayed in! The views were spectacular, the beach is gorgeous, and the unit is furnished so beautifully. Extremely Clean and well appointed kitchen. This unit has every comfort of home. There is nothing like enjoying a cup of coffee or a drink on the screened in lanai watching the beautiful sunset over the gulf. Just Perfect! ##### Kelly C.
