Easy access to the beach as well as the stores, food etc. The unit was clean and perfect size for two. A pullout couch could likely fit some kids if needed. There was beach chairs and an umbrella as well as a beach wagon for use. There was no beach towels so make sure you bring some. The only complaint was that there was pet hair on the couches.
