This private home boasts a heated pool, hot tub, and expansive pool deck backing up to the tranquil waters of the canal, with stunning bay views and just steps across the street from seven miles of sugar-soft sand on Estero Island. With a 4-car driveway, an elevator, and incredible indoor-outdoor living spaces, this home redefines coastal vacation living. On arrival, ascend the front steps into a bright and open entryway where your luxury experience begins. The first living level offers a beautifully designed open concept featuring a formal dining area to the left of the entry, comfortably seating 8 guests—perfect for group dinners or special celebrations. Across the hall is the first guest bedroom, featuring a king bed, Smart TV, dresser, closet, and private balcony with sweeping Gulf views.
