Just 150 feet from the sugar sand shores of Fort Myers Beach and located on the desirable northern end of Estero Island, this combined rental is steps away from the bustling Times Square area and the Margaritaville Resort, with its lively mix of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. From here, you'll also have easy access off the island via the Matanzas Pass Bridge, and be close to local favorites like Sanibel Island's world-famous shelling beaches, the Fort Myers River District, and even a ferry that can whisk you to Key West in under four hours. Together, the upper and lower units offer a total of four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eleven guests.
