Welcome to Fairview Isles 111, a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath corner condo located on the desirable south end of Fort Myers Beach. Just across the street from the sand and surf, this monthly rental offers the perfect blend of tranquility, convenience, and style.  
  
Step inside to discover a bright, open living space with new flooring and updated kitchen featuring sleek quartz countertops. The comfortable living room invites you to unwind with a flat-screen TV after a sun-soaked day at the beach or pool. Dine indoors at the table for four, or enjoy alfresco meals on the screened-in balcony, complete with seating for four and views of the tropical surroundings. A second, smaller open balcony adds even more outdoor charm.  
  
The spacious master suite features a king-sized bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a full-sized bed and easy access to the second bathroom, which includes a tub/shower combo—ideal for relaxing soaks or quick rinses after beach adventures.  
  
Fairview Isles is known for its welcoming community and resort-style amenities. Guests enjoy access to a large heated pool, BBQ grill area, and a screened-in gathering space with tables and chairs—perfect for socializing or quiet evenings under the stars.  
  
Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a home base for island exploration, Fairview Isles 111 delivers comfort, convenience, and coastal charm in one unforgettable package.  
  
Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.   
  
Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.   
  
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
