Welcome to 130 Tiki Tides, a bright and inviting beachside getaway nestled in the heart of Fort Myers Beach. This newly remodeled and redecorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for a relaxing escape just steps from the sand. With deeded beach access just a short walk away, you'll enjoy the best of island living without the crowds.  
  
Inside, the home offers a spacious, open layout with plenty of natural light pouring in through large windows and a large slider. The main living area features a cozy queen-sized sleeper sofa, an electric fireplace, and a smart TV equipped with local channels and streaming apps—perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The adjacent breakfast nook-style dining area, offers a spacious seating option. The four bar seats at the kitchen counter are also a great option for casual meals or morning coffee before heading out for a day in the sun.  
  
Step outside from the dining area onto the second-floor balcony, where you'll find plush cushioned outdoor furniture and a large grill—ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying the island breeze.  
The primary bedroom offers a plush king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double sink vanity. The guest bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed with easy access to the second bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms include spacious closets and smart TVs for added convenience.
