Welcome to Sea Le Vie, a luxurious, newly constructed three-level private home located in the heart of Mid-Island on Fort Myers Beach. Nestled right at the front of a quiet residential street, this beautifully designed five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home is just steps from Beach Access Point #22, making it less than a 2-minute walk from the soft sugar sand and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. Its prime mid-island location offers the perfect blend of peaceful retreat and easy access to the island's vibrant attractions. You're just a short drive or trolley ride from Times Square, Lynn Hall Park, Santini Plaza, and more. Sea Le Vie's convenient position along Estero Boulevard also means easier ingress and egress via the Sky Bridge, placing Sanibel Island, the Fort Myers River District, the Edison & Ford Winter Estates, and Southwest Florida International Airport all within a 20–40 minute drive. This home is fully equipped with the amenities and comforts you're used to at home, plus those only a tropical paradise like Estero Island can offer. Whether you're lounging by the beach, hopping on a jet ski, or catching the Key West Express for a day trip to the southernmost point, you'll find everything you need for a memorable coastal getaway.  
  
Inside, Sea Le Vie is filled with upscale finishes, coastal-inspired furnishings, and thoughtful design. Guests will enjoy complimentary WiFi, flat-screen TVs in every bedroom and in the living room, a washer and dryer, and central air conditioning throughout. While there is no elevator in this home, wide staircases connect the levels with ease. A Ring camera is installed near the front door for added security and peace of mind.  
  
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed on the ground level, where the outdoor living space awaits. The private backyard features a heated swimming pool with a hot-tub, a comfortable seating area with an outdoor couch, an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy feet, and a ping pong table for a little friendly competition. There is parking for up to three vehicles. You will note beautiful outdoor balconies with water views off of the second level of the home.  
  
The second floor is where the home's main living areas are located. The spacious and open living room is centered around a plush queen-size sleeper sofa, additional seating, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A beautifully designed half bathroom is also located on this level. The dining area offers a table with seating for six, while the kitchen island seats several more. The kitchen is a chef's dream—bright, well-stocked, and fully equipped with everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals. Guests will enjoy stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware. A dual-function Keurig coffee maker allows you to brew a full pot or single cup, and is capable of serving up to twelve cups. Also on the second floor is a guest bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and a closet. A nearby full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and a spacious vanity.  
  
The third and top floor is home to four additional bedrooms. Two stunning primary suites are located on this level. The first features a luscious king-size bed, a spacious closet, and an elegant en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate soaking tub, and a wide vanity. The second primary suite also has a luscious king-size bed, a roomy closet, and its own en suite bath with a large walk-in shower and oversized vanity. The two additional guest bedrooms on this floor share a full bathroom located in the hallway. One of these bedrooms is furnished with two twin beds and a closet, while the other offers a queen-size bed and closet. The shared bathroom includes a walk-in shower and spacious vanity.

Our homes are not inventoried or stocked with beach gear or baby items; however, previous guests sometimes leave these behind. If you're considering renting such items, we recommend checking the property upon arrival for any available gear.
