This PET-FRIENDLY ground-level one-bedroom features a King bed plus twin-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Also has one bathroom with a walk-in shower, kitchen fully stocked with plateware and amenities, as well as a private patio. Watch the sunrise with your cup of coffee from the poolside patio, fish from the dock on the canal, or lay out by the pool (shared among the four units on this beach property. • Ground-level unit on the right side • Shared washer and dryer units on-site • Walking distance to the beach • Short ride to the island's Times Square • Pet friendly! Have a large gathering coming up? This property can be rented as a complex! 4 units with a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms allowing a max occupancy of 18. Due to renovations on the lower level we were upgraded to the two-bed, upstairs unit. This upgrade gave us the most spectacular view of the gulf and hands down the best spot to watch the sunset! We met the owner, Yvonne, the first day! She was so wonderful and welcoming. She ensured the pool was skimmed every evening. The property is very close to the Fort Myers Trolley stops which made it very accessible to travel to all the hot spots.
