I would have given this property 5 stars but they have a lot of workers staying and they are noisy. It finally got quiet at midnight. I don’t think there is anyway around this. The workers are definitely their customer and they aren’t a bad crowd, just noisy

Confused clerk and peoples belongings in the lobby
The stay was fine, When checking in there were contractors in the lobby with all their dirty tools and bags all over the floor waiting for the clerk to find their reservation, After a while of her being on the phone , I was Fortunatly able to check in next door at the comfort inn within 5 minutes

Very helpful staff and it looks like they’ve done a lot to make things better but it just takes time for some of these things, very clean space but the overall redo looks really good. Bathrooms clean but I am a plumber and I see some upgrades are probably necessary.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The front outside area and check in were lovely. The relaxing shower and deep tub were greatly appreciated after a long day’s drive. The attached restaurant and lounge provided great food. Definitely recommend as this was a great value.

My car broke down in Ft. Morgan and I had to book a hotel at the last minute and I found this hotel. The staff was AMAZING. I can't say enough about how great they were. The room was clean and I felt safe there. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. You won't be disappointed

I was charged for my room the morning of the check-in then was charged again when i checked in. Was told that the first charge would be credited back to my account in 10 to 14 days depending on my bank. Never has this happened to me before Will not be doing this again

Customer service and room cleanliness were the only positives about the Roadway, and they were both good. For the bad, We were there 3 nights for a state swim meet. I am not sure how old the property is, but it seemed older. So changing hotels wasn’t an option, and I really wanted to change after the first night. (So did my family.) Everything was booked solid. So we had to deal with it. The stairs were gross and dirty. The railings didn’t seem like something you really wanted to touch. (Wobbly, grimy and sticky.) No elevator. The AC was barely blowing any cold air. So they sent maintenance to work on it. It was better for a time then was back to barely running. The temps in Fort Morgan were in the 90s so having an AC that didn’t work was no good. We ran to Walmart and bought a fan for the room just so we could sleep. No protein at breakfast. Waffles, pastries, sugar cereal, and sugar yogurt are the choices. The bathroom door didn’t close. The floor strip between the bathroom and bedroom kept coming up and I skinned my toe on it. I needed to work while I was there, but the Wi-Fi never did work for us on anything but one of our phones and never did ask for a password. So what they have is unsecured, I don’t recommend connecting and exposing your device. The girl at the front desk came up to see if she could figure out the Wi-Fi issue as well, but it was the same on her phone. I don’t recommend the Roadway at Fort Morgan. The Comfort Inn is also owned by same ppl- caution!

However, we pride ourselves on offering clean rooms and friendly service, so we are thrilled you noticed those elements of your stay. Due to the swim meet you mentioned, I know many hotels in town were charging close to 300 per night. Despite the market conditions, I'm sorry we were not able to demonstrate the exceptional value we are known for. Thank you again for sharing your concerns as we thrive to be better. We will continue to make changes to deliver the best service at a reasonable price.

The public areas have been nicely remodeled. Very pretty for a budget motel. Our room was fairly recently refreshed, but there were things that need replaced, like the old tub/shower unit that has a crack in it. The front of the building has been cleaned up amd landscaped. The back needs work. Overall, for the price, it was a nice place to stay.

One of the front desk girls acted as if she was so annoyed to have to help anyone. We watched her be rude to an older gentlemen infront of us. Than when she talked to us she rolled her eyes, sighed and couldnt contain her negativity. Luckily the second girl who showed up was fabulous. Id like to give a huge shout out to the gentleman who takes care of the grounds. This location was absolutely beautiful on the outside. Flowers, greenest grass, beautiful patio and the tiny lake behind the hotel is stunning. Hes doing a great job!!! The rooms were decent. Clean. You can really notice small details they put into makin the stay feel more like home and comfortable. Once checked in you wil recieve a text message and you are able to text that number if you have needs or ?s

the front desk gal was just shy of being friendly. She was flat with no welcome at all. No parking was available the first night due to the restaurant attached, but understandably as it was delicious food. Walked to room on absolutist disgusting stair and hallway carpet. Smell of cat pee in hallway. Got to room. Didn’t smell. Sink counter disgusting. Dropped soap bar on floor under counter. Grabbed and had a pubic hair stuck to it. Instantly looked for another local hotel to move to and everywhere was booked. So we were stuck there. Walked with shoes on in the room. The sheets and blankets looked clean but all behind between wall and bed on the box spring was dirt and hair and even two finger nail clippings. Tried to go to front desk to complain and “they were gone for the day” at 3pm. NEVER EVER STAY HERE. The unaffiliated restaurant The Mav was delicious.
