The chickens were cute as were the raised vegetable beds and flowers. Decor was spot on inside and out.The apartment was clean and very well appointed with everything I needed to use.Eventually, I met both hosts, and they were quite personable and friendly. I did mention that the apartment was warm and stuffy upon my arrival. Even when I used the swamp cooler fan, opened the egress window, and used all of the fans, the basement was uncomfortably warm for me. Perhaps, a cross-breeze in the basement would have helped, but I didn't find any other opening to the outdoors. I knew August in Colorado might be hot. AC was not listed on the amenities list. My kids are small so the futon was perfect for my daughters. My son and I stayed in the room, which was just big enough for a pack and play. There were plenty of sheets, pillows, and blankets for everyone. There were also games, books, and a tv with Netflix and hulu on it.
