There was a spacious common living area to play games and chat. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Highly recommend for your trip to Nauvoo! »

The restaurant downstairs serves delicious, reasonably priced food prepared and presented by friendly staff. The stairwell is steep and is the only access to the space. It is also a musty stairwell, but the rooms were comfortable and clean. »

While the house retains much of its 19th century charm, it has the modern conveniences needed for a relaxing stay. It may have been the off season, but food and meal choices were limited in Nauvoo itself. We were grateful for the items we ordered from The Apron Bake Shoppe. »
