House was immaculate, close to 2 beaches and easy to get anywhere in Pompano, Boca, Deerfield area. House had beach towels and all we needed for beach time, came stocked with coffee too! Enough space for us to spread out but not too big. House is in a neighborhood, seems to be working class area and mostly quiet. If/when in area again, would absolutely stay here again! ##### Jon S.
