However, immediate issues upon arrival: wooden door blinds were broken in a few spots allowing outsiders to see in; the bathroom street-facing window has no curtain, which allowed other to see into the bathroom; 2 TV remotes, one looked as if it was chewed by a dog & inoperable; no notice or instructions that the TV remote was for streaming & not Xfinity cable with the Xfinity remote; the electric cook-top was very difficult to operate as no instructions were provided; the garbage was overflowing when we arrived, smelled horrible for 5 days until it was picked up by sanitation; the clothes dryer was broken which forced us to go to a laundromat; the shower hot & cold faucet worked opposite. Overall, I'd give this a B since the issues could be easily resolved prior to our arrival and not waste 3 days of our vacation, making us feel like constant complainers. ##### Joyce L. We didn’t have hot water for 2.5 days and communication was not the best. The hot plate/stove top didn’t work until a handyman came to fix it on the 4th day of our stay.
