Oceanfront Studio/Apartment with private Gate and Private Entrance. Queen Bed and Kitchen in Dania Beach! Beautiful porcelain wood-look flooring throughout. Private Parking with Tesla Charger. The private entrance and patio have a paved section of the backyard. Access to the sea and views from the backyard. Great location, walking distance to Grocery Stores. Publix, Shopping Centers, Restaurants and Cafes. Short 10-15 minute drive to the Beach, Dania Pier, Hollywood Boardwalk and Dania Point!

The entrance to the community is called Avon Isles. The house has direct parking in front of the unit. There is a white wooden gate to access the main entrance. The lockbox is to the right of the white door. The unit is attached to the house but the only entrance is an independent door from the outside. You also have an independent fence totally private.

FLL Airport is about 10-11 minutes depending on time and traffic.
3.8 miles.

FLL Cruise terminal is 11-15 minutes depending on time and traffic.
6.5 miles.

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, FL is 6-8 minutes depending on time and traffic.
