This is such a nice place to stay, with the pool and deck on the canal you almost don’t even need to leave the property to enjoy the beauty of the area. Next time I come down I will be looking to stay here again. The property managers were excellent and personably.. just a text message away from any questions. They also provide a very detailed binder about the rules/boat rentals/things to do in the area etc.

#### Just Wonderful!!

This property is perfect. Great location with easy access to beaches, great restaurants and lots of things to do. Beds are so comfortable! Kitchen has everything you would need. And the pool! Fantastic, clean, great size and the best views of the canal with fun boat traffic to pass the time while you swim and sun on the patio area. Highly recommend!

We loved the location of this house. Stunning views. The pool and outdoor space was bigger than it looks online. The bedrooms inside are all quite big. We barely used the indoor space as the weather was awesome. The property manager (Val) was fabulous. Very quick to respond. We were super grateful for the later checkout when our flight home was delayed. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice house, yard, pool. Owners left enough supplies to get us started. Kitchen well stocked . Only complaint was for the money the owners didn’t supply beach chairs until we requested them which they had locked away. Other then that, location and home was a big hit with our family.

#### Great stay

7 of my friends and I stayed at this house. Check-in was easy with a code lock on the door and the house was absolutely gorgeous. The pool and view were the best part of the house. We stayed in and grilled one night for dinner. There are spices and cooking supplies in the kitchen. There was a regular coffee pot and the owners supplied coffee filters. The grocery store was about a ten minute drive away. We had an awesome time!

#### Charming by the water

The house was super cute and perfect for us 7 girls! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool is probably the best part about the house. It's right on the water and the view is beautiful ! The Inside snd outdide Sonos music system was really cool to use as well! Perfect house for a weekend get away. SO close to las olas and other fun places! Very quiet and peaceful and the neighborhood is super cute and there are some incredible houses to ogle at!
