Thank you for including those essentials. The location to nearby Deerfield beach access is so so close!! The walk to restaurants is very easy and close, just minutes. If this matters to any guests, there are no bedrooms on the first floor. All 3 bedrooms are on the second floor with a very steep staircase to climb. I had assumed that the master bedroom was on the first floor, but to be fair I did not ask,but somehow got that impression. I would recommend this home but if anyone has mobility/stability issues or elderly, it could be more than a challenge. I honestly do not recall if this was mentioned in the rental listing. If so, the rentee needs to read entirety of the listing. If not mentioned in the listing, it should be added for a number of reasons. Thank you for providing a holiday respite ! ##### Lynn A.
