Lots of space for everyone to spread out and relax or get ready for wedding festivities. The home had everything we needed and was a true home away from home. On hand were pots, pans, and dishes, though the grill is not primed and would require the guest to get propane. The rooms and common areas were clean, and well maintained. Also the additions of beach chairs, umbrellas, and even fishing rods makes supporting activities a fantastic benefit to the property. Location was great - we felt safe in the neighborhood, could walk to Publix grocery store, and it was only a 10 minute drive to the beach.
