This home is not suitable for parties or loud groups. \- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Max occupancy for this home is 8 which includes two children under the age of 13 Parking Details: \- Parking is available for 2 vehicles. \- Parking in front of a neighbor's home is strictly prohibited. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advance notice. The house is as pictured with some expected wear of a rental property. Overall very clean and everything was functional. We had a problem with the toilet handle and but the owners responded quickly and had someone out shortly after reaching out to fix it! Pool was clean and there were floats and noodles for the kids to use. We knew the neighborhood before booking so it wasn’t a shock that it’s a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The amenities, outdoor area, and overall home was as good as we could've asked for. Our only qualm was dealing with an irritant neighbor next-door. We had a party bus pull-up to drop us off after a long day at the Hard Rock Casino. While our crew was exiting the bus and funneling into the house, the next-door neighbor felt it appropriate to film us exiting the bus while also berating us at the same time. She'd mentioned multiple times that "the cops are on their way" and that "the fun stops here." Being an attorney, I figured she was a little more bark than bite and proceeded to ask her what rules we were breaking while also assuring her the bus was leaving once everyone had filed out. She then returned to her home while letting us know "it wasn't the last we'd heard from her." Up to this point, we hadn't spent any time that day at the house , nor did the bus park in front of our house for more than 5 mins at a time to simply pick us up/drop-off.
