As your host, I'll be available from 0800-2100 seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need, you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that you are not staying at a hotel.

This property is located in the desirable City of Deerfield beach, rated as one of the nation's cleanest and most environmentally safe beaches. The Cove Plaza is nearby with many conveniences including gourmet grocery stores a wide range of dining options, shops, salons, and more.

This is a 2 Bedroom and 1.5 Bathroom single-story house of 1160 sq ft of under A/C living space, in a private and fenced backyard.

The kitchen is very well stocked and fully equipped - large sink, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and all the other small appliances, utensils, and cookware you will need.

The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, with a good-sized closet and beautiful custom artwork covering an entire wall. The remaining bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and closet as well with fun features such as a child-sized teepee and functioning lava lamp.

A second 1/2 bathroom has a vanity and a toilet is located the near the kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen, living room, and dining area, which includes a small bar, are all open plan. The dining area seats 4. The living room has a flat-screen internet tv with 2 large leather couches and 2 accent chairs. There is a beautiful mural of the Deerfield Beach pier at sunrise covering an entire wall, which is an amazing backdrop for photos of family and friends.

There is additional seating attached to the dining area. It includes a full-sized, fully functional 1980’s vintage arcade game with 60 separate games such as Ms. PacMan, Galaga, and Donkey Kong.

The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer. Full-sized ironing board and iron.

Sheets are high quality and mattresses are new, comfortable, and well protected with mattress encasement, and waterproof mattress protectors.

The private backyard has a lawn area with lawn games for your kids to enjoy. The backyard has seating, a dining area, and a deck lounge area with a propane fire pit. We also provide a gas grill. Expect landscape and maintenance workers to arrive once a week.

TRASH PICK UP

There is one trash can and guests are responsible to ensure that the trash is taken out and placed back during collection days.

**Max occupancy at all times is 4. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management, that may come during your stay.

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.

*Note: The $49 waiver does not apply to same day bookings, 1 night reservation, local guests and more than 28 nights reservations.
*Reservations from Bookxxg. com will be required the $500 refundable security deposit.
