A/C System: Please keep levels of a/c at appropriate temperatures. Keep doors and windows closed while in operation as humidity accumulation can cause freezing of units and disfunction.

Quiet hours: A fee of $500 will be charged for excessive noise during designated quiet hours.

Damaged items: Any damaged items will incur a penalty fee based on the cost of repair or replacement.  
Late checkout: A fee of $150 will be charged for late checkout beyond the designated checkout time.  
Property cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so, resulting in excessive dirtiness or significant uncleanliness, will incur a deep cleaning fee of $350\. This fee covers the additional time and effort required to ensure the property is in proper condition for the next guest.

Points forts : Propreté

The house is as advertised the pool was excellent it needs to be cleaned a little better. The outside needs some upkeep and just wish the managing people would be a little more accommodating for early check in. Other than that it was good.
