Not the most used surface areas but, blinds, couch tops, picture frames etc were noticeably bad. Beds were comfortable (firm) and kitchen was spacious. I gave it an average rating because it was just average. Not bad by any means just not outstanding. I also believe the key in the lock box is a bit dated, they could certainly update with a keypad lock in place of the dead bolt. I would recommend renting this property for a vacation and would definitely be interested in returning if needed. The property managers were very responsive to any inquiries. The bathroom was tiny and could have used just a little polishing - the towel rack was loose, there is no toilet paper holder, and maybe a new shower head would help keep the floor dry.
