House is in quiet neighborhood, but like most of ft Lauderdale you need a rental car to go to beach, grocery store etc. saw the beautiful peacocks every day! We were in town for the Tortuga Music Festival it was a short drive to the beach and we loved the pool area to hang out. The check in instructions were extremely thorough and easy to understand.
