Lobby was very nice, continental breakfast would really be nice. Room was somewhat dated but clean. Staff was very friendly. Pool and hottub was awesome.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this hotel that left me feeling unsafe. When I got there, the hotel didn’t have the room needed and set me up in a double instead (which was okay). But upon entering the room I could see it was noticeably dirty, with plenty of dirt in the corners that had never been vacuumed and furniture that was heavily beat up. There were also stains on the counter, and most of the lights were bent out of shape or broken. Lighting in the room was also pretty dim in general. They also put me in a room that had a ledge outside the window that someone could easily walk on to break into the room (it was the maintance space where the hvac units were), and also didn’t have a proper locking mechanism on the window. The secondary door to the bedroom didn’t have a lock and was hinged outward so that you couldn’t prop a chair underneath the handle to provide and extra level of security. The bathroom also did not have a lock, and was very poorly lit. My incidental holding fee was also $150, which is honestly pretty outrageous. Luckily I didn’t have this charge go through. I also had an uncomfortable experience where I was going to my room in the evening and one of the employees stopped mid walk and stared at me as I got out of the elevator and walked to my room that was nearby. Overall a really uncomfortable stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in the future (especially to women traveling on their own).

Receptionist was rude and lied about having rooms available. Many guest complained after check in time and magically rooms were available for all guest. Rooms were dirty. Towels and bed sheets had hair. When showering, water wet restroom floor and even carpet by the door. Everything felt old and upgrades are needed. Definitely do not recommend and will not ever stay here again.

I stayed for the interMiami game. Easy 20 min walk, very safe to the venue. The beds were ok, the shower never got very hot, the ac was 78 when I woke up my first morning and they fixed it quickly. Looks like it used to be a great place to stay now it’s just a place to stay. The one meal I did order from the food spot was great. Beers were over $10 before tip

The staff was great especially Roberto, Silvia and Michael. They were friendly and helpful. The carpet should be removed in the room since it seemed to hold a scent that wouldn’t go away. Overall for the time spent it was what I needed for my duration in FL.

Well rounded hotel for families and the separate room with two double beds. Nice size pool and good temp for hot tub. Laundry service on site too was helpful. Nice bright gym and lovely bar and restaurant area. Air conditioning in lobby/restaurant very cold, so was too cold to hang out in these areas but restaurant Manager and staff were very nice and always greeted by friendly front lobby staff as well.

The bed was very comfortable, and fresh linen was changed daily. Siding doors to the bathroom and balcony needed adjustment, however the picture next to the bed was dirty and so was the sliding balcony door. I paid extra to have a balcony as my wife and I are seniors and we enjoy seating and ha ind a drink on the balcony. This was our 50 th anniversary. Very disappointing that our balcony was only 18 inches wide. It seems like all the rooms had the same balconies, and I was dumb enough to pay an extra 150.00 for it.

Our room didn’t get cleaned three out of the days we were there. The television didn’t work and the repair guy just kept rebooting it over and over again but wouldn’t replace it. So we had no working tv either. The south elevators gets locked by the cleaning people and the north elevators are so slow you will spend half your time waiting to get to your room. The manager sees very nice but overall I’d say pass on this establishment.

After an 18 hour drive we just wanted sleep! The first room was under construction. The second room had wet towels in the bathroom floor and the walls were vibrating from the nightclub. The third room was quiet and clean, but only had double beds. We are a party of 5 🤔 but we made it work. The property is gorgeous! The area seems safe. The staff moved immediately to help us, but some gesture of compensation would have been appreciated.

Really liked how large the rooms were. Nice to be able to get ready or drink some coffee in a separate room while not disturbing your party that’s still asleep. The pool and spa were great when the temps fell.
