This beach home is romantic, secluded, and close to the water! Just two short blocks away from the sand, and far enough from the main road so as to ensure quiet and privacy. If you\`re looking for a fun getaway, or a comfortable business trip, you can\`t do much better than this! The home is freshly renovated, and new to Airbnb. The intracoastal, boardwalk, brewery and restaurants are all within very short walking distance. Enjoy an island getaway, here in Sunny Pompano Beach Florida. This unit is freshly renovated, and in good order. The complex is populated entirely by Airbnb renters, as are most of the complexes nearby. The internet is fast, the appliances work, and the unit is clean. You are free to roam the property and explore this parcel. The pathway to your rear building is certainly yours to enjoy, and the partially-fenced backyard is also yours to enjoy as well. This neighborhood is one of the best kept secrets on the barrier islands. The surrounding construction is new, and the neighborhood\`s paint is fresh! If you\`re here for business - the island bridge is down the block, easy to navigate, and a welcome separation between a home and work. If you\`re here for vacation, everything you need is here on the island. We have scuba and fishing docks, shops of all kinds (dive, gift, sport, groceries....), bars and restaurants. There\`s no need for a car or typical work-life distractions. Just you, the water, the sand, and this little home to rest, in-between. Oh! And one last thing - this island loves its cats. And particularly here on the North end. Our streets are filled with well-pampered of kittens, and you\`ll find them peacefully enjoying the island amenities as well. So, if that\`s your thing - you really can\`t do better than this. So prepare to see friendly kittens of all shapes and sizes during your stay. It\`s very charming here, and we would love to have you. We now have a free service that will come pick you up and take you anywhere on the barrier island for free! Just download the app called Circuit. We have a bus stop to the mainland one-block away, (which connects to trains north-bound to west palm beach, and south-bound to Miami). We also have an excellent and unique water-taxi that reaches Las Olas and downtown Fort Lauderdale (highly recommended), and of course we have modern ride sharing services like Uber. Parking is plentiful here on the property, and there are many options for biking around, and renting scooters. We provide beach towels, and standard home appliances. Wired Internet access is available behind the TV in the bedroom. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 96% refund of the amount paid. The 4% fee is non-refundable to cover processing costs. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid. You must be at least of 21 years of age, strictly enforced. No more than 3 people permitted to stay. No parties. No third party reservations. This place was perfect for us. Excellent property manager who greeted us upon arrival. Very accomodating. We rented a car because we flew into Ft. Lauderdale airport, which is about 30 minutes away. But in reality, we didnt need the car much. This town is walkable. Overall, we loved the area. The house wasn't in immaculate condition however it was very clean. Check-in tranquilíssimo. A propriedade é bem gostosa, nos fundos há um pequeno quintal. Fica a uma quadra da praia, que por sua vez é deliciosa. Íamos praticamente todas as manhãs. A propriedade dispõe de cadeiras de praia e sombrinha. A anfitriã Amy é muito bacana e fala um espanhol perfeito. Somos brasileiros e não tivemos nenhuma dificuldade na comunicação. It was so relaxing and pleasant that I wanted to extend my stay. Unfortunately, there were no more rooms available. I can see why, as Amy had a few necessities and wants such as coffee and sunscreen.
