The small pool was nice seeing as you only had to share it with a few others. We did not realize there was a laundry on the property until our last day, but that comes in very handy. Being two blocks from the ocean, it is a little quieter and you can relax by the pool. And if you are looking for some nightlife you only need to walk two blocks away with great restaurants and bars. The owners provide a beach cart, chairs and umbrella. They also provided a pack and play for our toddler. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The pool area was super nice. Parking is designated to unit and very convenient. The best thing about the property is the location! It is a very short walk to the beach and during that walk you pass by so many great restaurants/ bars (more that we could frequent on our stay). We enjoyed being close to the pool but upstairs, allowing for privacy. Everything was clean, the street quiet and the walk to the beach easy. The owner provided a high chair, a crib and even a tub for our toddler, which made taking care of the little one much easier. I definitely recommend this stay! This listing - as a new one - doesn't have reviews yet so I felt it was only right for me to do it. The place is beautiful, new, spacious, bright and smells amazing. The cleaning is on point, the house comes with everything you need, and the hosts were so nice to let us borrow umbrellas, chairs and towels for the beach. The property is gorgeous, well taken care of, with a pool and a big shared patio. I am from Miami, so I know how to get around and the area is extremely safe. For someone who is not local this is a great place to stay: the beach is 5 minutes away walking, as well as many restaurants and places to hang out.
