The beds were so comfortable. The condo provided everything we needed to enjoy the beach. I would rent from them again. The minor issues: Our group consisted of two adult couples and we planned to have one couple sleep in the living room for privacy. However, the only ac unit is located in the bedroom so we couldn’t shut the door. The ceiling fan in the living room is broke on low speed so it was hot for them at night. The layout however, would not be an issue if you are staying with people you’re comfortable sharing the bedroom with. Also, there are two tvs but only one remote to share which changes the channels and volume on the other tv too. All minor issues that can be fixed for cheap. Nice and quiet location but you will need transportation to get to shops. The beach is just steps away and you’re not allowed to have alcohol regardless of container, no music, no smoking/vaping, nothing. Wow, what an exciting place to be on the 4th! The apartment was clean, cozy and comfortable. Steps from the beach with a lot of activity up and down the boardwalk.
