When we attempted to check in, the hotel had no record of our reservation. In fact, since the booking was through Expedia and not Hilton, they could have cared less about helping us. The only friendly staff was the bellman! We were informed our room had occupancy and we would have to talk with Expedia. HA!!! on a spring break Saturday afternoon and on hold for ever!! Never talked to Expedia. Hour on hold,
We had to rebook our plane return flight home Saturday. Hilton had no rooms available, so they said. Hour in line standing at Southwest check in to achieve that. . No fun night in Lauderdale. Expedia owes us big time. The anxiety was overwhelming. Never-never-never Expedia again.
I will be shocked if Expedia posts this big time complaint.Now how in the world am I to get a refund?????
