It is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood, there is even a security gate with a cop car always parked out front. It was very clean and cozy. The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, walkable and the beach was also walking distance. The whole family went for a run either in the neighborhood or on the beach. My wife and I brought our 18 yo daughter and her two friends to Fort Lauderdale for spring break. This guest apartment met our needs perfectly. It has a great kitchen for meal prep, plenty of space for all of us, and is located in a very nice neighborhood. We met the host as soon as we arrived, and she was so pleasant. Fortunately, we didn’t have to bother her much because everything was perfect. We walked to the beach every day (about 10 minutes), and had very easy access to shopping, groceries, and amazing restaurants. I couldn’t be happier with our stay. ##### Steven D. We were so blessed to find this place to stay while we had our house tented for termites. The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet & safe, ample parking for two cars, private entrance and the apartment is very clean, spacious, light & bright and had everything we needed. Our dogs barked a few times but Marcella our host said she never heard them, nor did she hear my husband watching his action movies on the huge TV. Marcella is such a great host and responded quickly to my texts. The neighborhood is also very dog friendly as there’s not a lot of traffic. We were very comfortable here and hope to stay again. She added a personal touch to the whole experience. Soap, shampoo and conditioner, a selection of fresh fruit on the table. When she got home she came down and introduced herself. She is a super nice person. This is the first stay I have ever had that I didn’t feel like I was just a customer. We felt like we were part of her life for a few days! The neighborhood is super nice and safe. We brought our dogs. Willow and Rowdy and we walked them around the neighborhood daily. It was a great stay!
