Premium Beachside Get-Away

Located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway and just one block from the beach, this true 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo (not a studio) comfortably accommodates 2 guests. Whether you’re seeking comfort, luxury, or relaxation, this turn-key retreat offers it all.

Enjoy a restful night’s sleep on a new Sterns & Foster mattress with a choice of firm or soft pillow sets. The condo includes laundry facilities within the unit, high-speed internet, cable, and all utilities. Entertainment is top-tier with a 65” 3D television and Sonos surround sound system in both the living room and bedroom. The fully functional kitchen is outfitted with gourmet cutlery, ideal for a chef. Additionally, a Baby Grand Piano adds a touch of elegance to the living room.

Step outside to your private patio with nest-swing seating and an outdoor dining area that opens up to the community’s shared Intracoastal dock. If relaxation in luxury is what you’re after, this is the perfect spot.

The rental comes with garage parking, but there is really no need for a car. You can walk to the many restaurants and shops located in the immediate area, and you are just steps to the beach. Public transportation options include Broward County's extensive network of buses and trolleys, and more uniquely, the shared bike system and water taxis. A perfect 1st class get-away!

This unit is truly turnkey. You only need to bring your luggage.

We had a wonderful experience even though the weather was colder than expected. All amenities were provided and the pool was a warm 82 degrees. Also, the piano was a nice bonus for the musician in my household!

This property is a gem. Clean. We made a big breakfast every day and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We did not have a car and walked everywhere. The deck area on the water by pool is just steps from the unit. Great stay!

Literally amazing. Cannot think of a single negative. Spectacular location right on the intercoastal - the pictures do not do it justice. You lay on a lounge chair across from a mansion with yachts and boats going by like a constantly changing painting. Its ridiculous. The very nice pool is right behind you. The apartment is ideal for two, very very clean and nice and when you think it can't get better you open the patio door and there is a beautiful patio table, lounge chairs and hanging chairs. And in addition to the intercoastal, the location is awesome, it is a 3 minute walk to the beach and the strip and plenty of good restaurants. Try Casa Playa right across the street. Finally, the owner is super nice and responsive.

Central...the key word

Staying at 341 N Birch Road is truly "central". There is the intracoastal in the back yard, the Ft Lauderdale beach a block away and a garden jungle off the patio. We have been to this location twice and have enjoyed it both times very much.

We were in town for the music festival. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to the festival, restaurants, bars, and beach. Host was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly.

STEVE'S REVIEW

This was the second time I have stayed in this particular condo. It tells you something when you go back. Ground level makes it nice. It has its own private patio area which is a great addition to the property. Great pool, sundeck on the waterway and 1.5 blocks from the beach--close enough to be convenient, but also quiet without a lot of beach traffic.It had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Fabulous Location

The condo was excellent - clean, comfortable, well equipped and great location. Traveling alone, I felt very safe. The outdoor patio was ideal for working and just steps away from the water. It was a really great get away.

The square footage is not big but every inch is strategically put to good use. It has everything you need including beach chairs. The unit is a 30 second walk to the nic epool and a 4 minute walk to the beach. There are many restaurants and shops in walkable distance. Sunset from the pool deck is amazing.

Ft Lauderdale - April 2023

My wife and were extremely pleased with Michael's condo at Ft. Lauderdale Yacht and Beach Club. The communication was the best ever including the instruction manual in the condo. This is a first floor condo with a very nice patio outside the sliding door that I particularly enjoying relaxing on with coffee in the early morning. The bed was very comfortable as were all chairs and the sofa. This is a beautifully decorated condo laid out very efficiently and classically modern. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. in this truly 5 star condo on the coastal waterway, which we love. The activity on the waterway is entertaining and allows for relaxing at any hour of the day such a short walk from the condo. We hope to return again soon.

Tortuga stay

My cousin and I stayed there and it was a perfect location to walk to the beach, nightlife and to the Tortuga music festival. Michael was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend the place and will look to stay again next time I am in Ft. Lauderdale.

Condo is in Wonderful section of Ft Lauderdale right on the intercoastal. Perfect Deck to sit and enjoy the passing of Yatchs and Boats. Wonder ful pool to enjoy as well. Close to Beach and Restaurants.

Location location, location

A repeat stay for us in Michaels well equipped property at Fort Lauderdale Yacht and Beach Club. Ocean front (A1A) is only a block away, and the rear pool deck overlooking the Intracoastal is much more interesting. Small problem with internet connection was quickly overcome after contacting Michael. We are sure to return.

The best of both worlds

The condo is close to the beach and restaurants but also in a peaceful environment on the waterway. Our host was very responsive. We had a little problem with our lock and he was right on it. He immediately trouble-shooted the problem and we were not inconvenienced.
