The home has been recently refreshed, including all new green tea cooling gel memory foam mattresses, as well as new sheets, towels, drapes and bedspreads. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a sunken shower, as well as French door access to the backyard from both the bedroom and the bathroom. The “suite” bedroom has a king bed and futon, with an ensuite kitchen and ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, as well as a separate private entrance through the bathroom. Two additional guest rooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds, share the hallway guest bathroom with tub and shower combination. Two cribs are also available onsite. The round sunken living room has three couches and a big screen TV with smart tv Capabilities. The well-stocked kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and five barstools, together with the dining room table that seats six and has French door access to the backyard. In the backyard, you’ll find the pool (heated for an additional charge), large seating area with a retractable awning, table and chairs, chaise lounge chairs, grill, boat lift, and endless views of the intracoastal and sunsets. With optional boat rental for an additional charge, you can experience the best of Florida!! From relaxing on the beach (just minutes away), to fine dining and terrific shopping, Pompano Beach has it all. Centrally located between Palm Beach and Miami, Pompano Beach is often called 'the Heart of the Gold Coast.' The city is known for its excellent boating and fishing, accentuated by an offshore living coral reef accessible to scuba divers and snorkelers. Anglers and families flock to the 1,000-foot-long municipal fishing pier, beachside playgrounds, grills and picnic tables. Pompano Beach also maintains more than 50 local parks for sports enthusiasts or those who have a penchant for outdoor relaxation, as well as multiple nearby golf courses. Local attractions and shopping provide a myriad of entertainment options. It was located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking and enjoying the season's festive lights. It is in a great location! The pool was a plus. A quick drive to many restaurants and grocery store. We were all adults so did not use all that was offered: crib in the closet, high chair, kids toys. The owners had bikes available to us along with beach chairs and fishing poles. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, including beach towels, and bed linens. The house has a wonderful open floor plan with three bedrooms on one side and a fourth bedroom on the opposite side. Lots of seating in living room. The pool is a great size with large gradual steps to get in. The location is perfect with water access to restaurants, pull up sand bars, and even access the ocean through a nearby inlet. The house is stocked with everything you could need to relax, including plenty of towels, bikes, coolers, fishing poles, beach chairs, and kids toys. This was a lovely large older house. It had 80's charm and the outdoor tiles showed aging as expected, lose tiles and unswept outer balcony with dirt and debree all over it unlike the photos of a gleaming back deck. The flooring inside, the tiles were spotted with random dirt, and sticky. The host had apologized for the quick clean and not having q full day to clean. The bedding was clean and charming. The house did have lots of extras like a bottle open, extra wines glasses etc. Beautiful kitchen and lots of unique granite and tile. The view was outstanding of the private beach channel. The tv had a great selection of channels and was easy to use. The pool was very nice to swim in. We did have to rewash put away glasses and silverware.
