Great communication from the customer service but not good communication from the local team when we needed information. But because the location was great and the room itself was perfect for the three adults I still gave it a 4 and I would return again. The condominium is very nice. Pool and everything around very neat and clean. As I could see another apartments with their door opened they were very nice… i just didn’t have luck with the one i rented!!!! They left us two sets of towels and one dish towel for a two week stay for two people. Since the community washers/dryers are coin operated, this was particularly annoying. Many little things wrong inside condo, such as burned out lightbulbs (several) and a beeping smoke detector we needed to disable to stop from beeping.
