The bed was very comfortable and I slept well every night. The pictures are not up to date as the vegetation around the cottage is much more overgrown than shows in the picture. Having to manually open and close the large gate was a little annoying but did make it more private. There were a couple of minor issues in the beginning but the host responded immediately and everything was resolved. We loved this cottage for its location and privacy. It's got a great fenced in yard with parking for 2 behind a gate. The house is small and a little quirky, but awesome for a quick stay in Fort Lauderdale. The landlord is absolutely the best!! Great communication! The scenic Riverwalk is very close & I used it every day. Also a great place for dog owners. Big yard & parks literally across the street. The area is very dog friendly. Comparing Oliver to the other 3 dozen proprietors We've met, Oliver blows them all away with his helpfulness, attentiveness, and response time.
