This was a perfect landing spot for us for our short stay in For Lauderdale ! From the time we booked, Justin and Cameron were amazing! They took the time to provide with things going on in town during our stay, restaurants to visit as well as how to get around. They checked in on us and went above and beyond with accommodating us with a couple requests. Location is perfect! Mall across the street, short but good walk to all the action down by the beach! The owners have thought of everything (and organized it perfectly) to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We loved the pool and intercoastal sunning options and the on-site restaurant and bar were so yummy. And, you can't beat starting each morning with a 5 minutes walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. The location was close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We could also walk to the grocery store for food and snacks. The property was clean, organized and adorable! The deck was so nice to sit on for morning coffee. The pool was perfect for us and there is a cute bar and outdoor sitting area. At night the outdoor fireplaces are cozy to sit and chat around. Great location: 5 min walk to beach, mall, Starbuck and under $10 uber ride to restaurants. Property managers were amazing! In a great location if you do not have a car. Walking distance to everything you need and on a water taxi stop. It was also nice to have the hotel amenities, onsite restaurant and bar in a beautiful outdoor setting. Justin was great to work with. Clearly, he wants his guests to have a great experience. Condo was very comfortable. Had all appliances and utensils Except an Ice Bucket. Fridge is small. Great staff, very attentive. EXCELLENT Bar staff especially Thomas and Rodrigo. The location is great because there are some nice restaurants and bars close by, including a Publix for groceries and also the mall that has a Macy’s. This unit was perfect for us. Everything was neat and organized and very clean. Bedroom is nice with decent amount of storage. Pullout couch is good quality also. The kitchen is very well stocked with high quality appliances and supplies. I would recommend this unit. The hosts were great. We didn't have a car so wanted to be able to access places by walking. Publix is a very short walk which we made multiple times. The beach is a 10 or so minute walk which we did a couple times. There are restaurants virtually next door at the Galleria as well as down near the beach, we did both. The room itself was perfect for my wife and I. The workout room could use some updating and maybe some additional items but we were still able to get a couple workouts in. Justin was quick to respond and helpful the two times we reached out with questions while there. I rated check in a 4 only because the hotel hadn't processed our reservation even though they received it so we had to wait a while for them to do so before we were able to check in. We were there early (before 4p) so wasn't a huge deal and Justin apologized even though it was completely on the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. ##### Anthony C. Apr 4, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Spring Break Getaway for a family of 4 This lovely property on the intercoastal waterway had every little thing we needed as part of our getaway. And the grocery store was across the street. Uber ride from FLL was $23 Circuit (city owned electric golf carts with doors) rides were free at the time of our trip plus tip. We rode them to the more dense part of the beach and to Los Olas for dinner and shopping. The condo had a little umbrella, every kitchen appliance needed and a fridge that chilled items well. Bonus, HughTaylor Birch State Park is just across the bridge and it’s lovely!! There was a huge banyan tree and a shuttle within the park and an outdoor restaurant under the trees in the park. They have live music on the weekend in the park. We kayaked and paddle boarded inside the little park. We also rented the electric bikes 1/4 a mile down the road and explored a few miles of the roads and gorgeous houses along the intercoastal. You might want to know the condo had a blow dryer, K cup machine, and all the shampoo, conditioner and body wash you can use. You can also pick up extra hand towels in the fitness center. So don’t be discouraged by one set of towels. There are also extra towels down at the pool which are given away freely. My teens said it was hands down the BEST pull out couch they’ve ever had!
